Now Hiring - Sr. Sales Account Executive (Remote) in Frisco, TX

About the Role

Uber Freight is seeking an experienced Sales Account Representative in the 3PL industry. The ideal candidate will be well versed in Ground Transportation (Full Truckload, Partial, Expedite, and LTL) and ancillary services related to the supply chain industry. Responsibilities for this position will include lead generation, lead development, revenue generation, customer focus and negotiating.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Works independently to identify, develop, and enhance sales for the department.
• Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calls, business meetings, email, and networking via Salesforce.
• Demonstrates in-depth industry knowledge with the ability to identify, anticipate, understand, and respond to customer needs promptly. Utilize information to make relevant recommendations to win, maintain, and develop customer relationships.
• Manage a profitable book of business with a personal drive to exceed set revenue expectations monthly. Acts instinctively to achieve objectives without direct supervision.
• Effectively manages urgent customer and management requests in a timely manner. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers with a focus on relationship building and collaboration.
• Superior decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Creates effective proposals and is proficient in presenting and pricing customer RFQ requests.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 3 years Domestic logistics and cargo transportation sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years outside business-to-business sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Travel

• 30% or as needed to close and achieve year over year sales net revenue targets
